ODStage ("we," "our," or "us") is a cultural live streaming platform dedicated to concerts, shows, festivals, and artistic events. We operate the ODStage mobile application (the "App"), which connects artists with their audiences through live streaming, video-on-demand (VOD), replays, and an interactive gamification system.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the App, including:
- Fans: users who register to watch events, follow artists, and earn CoolCoins.
- Artists: users who manage events and publish content.
ODStage is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
3. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data as declared in our Google Play Data Safety section:
3.1 Personal Information
- Account Data: Email address, username/stage name, and date of birth.
- Other info: Gender (optional) and artistic interests.
- Photos and Videos: Profile photos and any video content uploaded by Artists or Fans for profile customization or platform participation.
3.2 Location
- Approximate Location: We collect your country and city of residence to provide localized content and artistic events relevant to your region. We do not collect precise GPS location.
3.3 In-App Rewards (CoolCoins)
- Purchase History: We collect and store your transaction history related to CoolCoins (points earned, spent, and shop reservations). We do not collect credit card or banking information.
3.4 Messages
- Emails: When a Fan uses the in-app contact form, the message content and the Fan’s email address are collected and shared with the recipient Artist to facilitate communication.
3.5 Device and Technical Data
- Device or Other IDs: We collect device identifiers (such as push notification tokens) for app functionality.
- App Usage & Diagnostics: We collect data on app interactions (screens visited), crash logs, and diagnostics through third-party service providers (Firebase) to maintain app stability.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for:
- Account authentication and management.
- Providing streaming services and the CoolCoins gamification system.
- Forwarding fan contact messages to artists.
- Internal analytics and crash reporting to improve App performance.
- Displaying contextual advertisements.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share personal data in the following circumstances:
- To Artists: When you send a message via an Artist's profile, your email address and message are shared with that Artist so they can respond.
- Service Providers: We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to process technical data on our behalf.
- Legal/Business: As required by law or in the event of a business merger/sale.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates:

7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data as long as your account is active.
- Account & Profile Data: Retained until account deletion.
- Transaction History: Retained for the lifetime of the account.
- Technical Logs: Retained according to Firebase policies (typically 2–14 months).
8. Your Privacy Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and associated data directly within the App settings.

9. Advertising
ODStage is an ad-supported application. We serve contextual ads through our internal dashboard. We do not use your device’s Advertising ID (IDFA/AAID) for cross-app tracking or behavioral profiling.
10. Data Security
We use encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure OTP-based authentication to protect your data. No electronic transmission is 100% secure; while we strive for maximum protection, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
